How do I post events?

Posting is simple: 1. Create an account 2. Find the category you wish to post and select the "Create Post" button. 3. Don't forget to hit "Publish" when you are done! Find a category here.

How do I get a user name?

You have to have an account to select a user name: Your user name is your email prefix by delfaut, to change your user name: 1. Select "My Account" from the upper right menu 2. Login and select "Edit user name" 3. Select a new user name 4. Press save/update

How do I create a profile?

To create a profile:

  1. Select "My Account" from the upper right menu
  2. Login and select "Edit my account"
  3. You can edit: user name, profile cover photo, email & password.
  4. From your Account page you can: follow posts, get email notifications & follow other users.
  5. Don't forget to press save/update

Can I add photos to my posts?

Yes. You can add photos to your posts! With our rich editor, you can add value to photos - here are some tips:

  • Select display size: small, medium or large
  • Title photo: give your photo proper credit with a title!
  • Create hover affect: include text to display when cursor hovers over photo.
  • Hyperlink: create an extrenal link to your website or landing page.
    • (Important feature for promoting and building your brand, website traffic and awareness of your events.)

How do I change my password?

It's really easy!

  1. Log into your Connieslist account
  2. Select settings and password
  3. Type new password
  4. Don't forget to hit save!

Can people follow me on Connieslist?

Yes! Connieslist users can follow other users and individual posts or categories.

How do I share my posts?

Sharing a post is easy! From the bottom of any post:

  1. Select the "Share" button
  2. Select Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or URL
    1. Share directly to your personal or business page

Can I add videos to my posts?

Yes, you can add videos! How to add videos to a Connieslist post:

  1. From inside the text editor:
    1. Press your mouse inside editor and when a box appears, select the video icon.
  2. Insert the URL of any YouTube or Vimeo video.
  3. Select update/save and your video will insert into your post.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Reporting is easy!

  • Select the options icon at the upper right corner of each post.
  • Select "Report Post"

Is it free to post events?

Absolutely! It is alwasys free to post your events.

Will my post show up in search engine results?

Yes! Your posts can show up in search engine results and Google Events! Here's a post displayed in Google Events:
