A beginner's level tax resolution training workshop for enrolled agents, CPAs and tax attorneys who are willing to start offering tax debt resolution cases to clients nationwide. The workshop includes an overview of representation, tax documents required to start a representation, transcripts request and analysis, requesting information from clients, tax resolution options (Offer in Compromise, Installment Agreement, Currently Not Collectible Status, Bankruptcy), Collection Information Statements for individuals, Penalty Abatement, several case studies, and automation in the world of tax resolution.
The workshop goes from July 23rd to 25, 2025.
